Abundant Years provides general educational information and organizational guidance. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with Medicare, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the IRS, or another government agency. Final program and benefit decisions belong to the responsible agencies.

No professional relationship or guaranteed result

The website, Personal Benefits Action Kit, books, checklists, and private text conversations are not legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, or benefits advice and do not create a professional-client relationship. Helen is not presented as an attorney, medical professional, financial adviser, insurance agent, or accredited VA representative. We do not guarantee eligibility, savings, payments, approvals, or a particular outcome.

Personal Benefits Action Kit

The Personal Benefits Action Kit is a one-time digital service. After confirmed payment and completion of the guided intake, Abundant Years prepares an educational PDF targeted for delivery within 24 hours. Delivery timing may be affected by missing information, a customer response request, technical outages, or circumstances outside our control. The secure delivery link may expire.

Books and checklists

Books and checklists are digital PDFs for the purchaser's personal use. They may be saved and printed for personal use but may not be resold, publicly posted, or redistributed. Program rules change; check official sources before acting on time-sensitive information.

Private text conversations

Chat packages include one scheduled text-chat session of the purchased length. They are not phone or video appointments. Appointment windows are shown in U.S. Eastern Time unless stated otherwise. If a technical problem on our side prevents service delivery, contact support so we can reschedule or provide an appropriate remedy. If you reserve a specific time and do not attend, rescheduling is available only with an additional 50% payment; otherwise the session fee is forfeited. Please arrive on time and plan accordingly.

Your responsibility for information

Provide accurate, relevant information and do not submit Social Security or Medicare numbers, bank or account numbers, passwords, full medical records, or unredacted identity documents. You remain responsible for verifying actions with official agencies or qualified professionals.

Refund requests

If you have a duplicate charge, cannot access a purchased file, or a paid service was not delivered, email support@abundantyears.com promptly with the purchase email and non-sensitive order details. Requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, the delivery status, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass payment, access another person's order or conversation, submit unlawful material, misuse download links, or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted for abuse or security threats.
