We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, appointment time, chat messages, and any redacted images you send. Stripe processes payment information; we do not receive or store your full card number.
How information is used
We use this information to deliver purchases, schedule and provide private text-chat sessions, send service messages, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the service, including Stripe, Netlify, Supabase, and—when enabled—Beehiiv, Make, Gmail, and OneSignal. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
Do not send Social Security, Medicare, banking, payment-card, or full account numbers in chat or photos. Remove or cover sensitive numbers first. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by replying to your Stripe receipt or another service email you received from us. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
