Terms of Use and Refund Policy

Educational information
The book, checklists, and chat service provide general educational information. They are not individualized legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, or benefits advice and do not create a professional-client relationship. Verify decisions with the responsible agency, plan, or appropriately licensed professional.
Digital delivery
The book is a digital PDF delivered after confirmed payment. Chat packages include one scheduled text-chat session of the purchased length. Access is for the purchaser's personal use and may not be resold, publicly posted, or redistributed.
Appointments
Appointment times are displayed in U.S. Eastern Time. Login opens 15 minutes before the scheduled start and closes 15 minutes after the purchased session ends. If a technical problem on our side prevents delivery, contact us so we can reschedule or provide an appropriate remedy.
Refund requests
If you have a duplicate charge, cannot access the purchased file, or the service was not delivered, reply to your Stripe receipt promptly with the order details. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass payment, access another person's conversation, upload unlawful material, or disrupt the service. Access may be suspended for abuse.
