Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Abundant Years handles information used for digital purchases, the Personal Benefits Action Kit, private text conversations, and service support.
Information you choose to provide
Depending on the service, we may collect your email address, state, age range, household and housing ranges, veteran or caregiver status, benefit topics, answers to guided questions, appointment details, chat messages, and redacted images you choose to send. The free four-question homepage preview stays in your browser for up to seven days and is not transmitted by the preview page.
Information we ask you not to provide
Do not enter or send Social Security or Medicare numbers, bank or account numbers, payment-card details, passwords, full medical records, or unredacted identity documents. Exact birth dates and complete street addresses are not required for the planner preview. If a document is needed for a private conversation, remove sensitive numbers first.
Payments
Stripe and Gumroad process applicable payments under their own privacy practices. Abundant Years does not receive or store your full payment-card number. For a Personal Plan, the server verifies the paid product, amount, currency, and purchase email before accepting the full intake.
How information is used
- To deliver books, checklists, Personal Plans, and private text-chat sessions.
- To create your Personal Benefits Action Kit.
- To send order, delivery, scheduling, and service messages.
- To prevent abuse, maintain security, and keep required business records.
Personal Plan delivery
Completed Personal Plan PDFs are intended to be stored in a private file area. Delivery uses an expiring private link; the public website does not expose the file location. Internal notes and plan answers are available only through the administrator workflow.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to operate the service, including Stripe, Gumroad, Netlify, Supabase, Resend, Beehiiv, Make, Gmail, and OneSignal when enabled. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@abundantyears.com. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
Security, adults, and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
